Prints

• Each print is made to order. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

• If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

• To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported promptly and the item must be in its original condition (apart from the reported damage).

Digital Downloads

• All digital colouring pages are non-refundable, as files are delivered instantly.

• If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, reach out and we'll make sure you receive what you purchased.
